A voice of support for Clinton

I support Hillary Clinton for President and encourage everyone to vote for her in the Presidential preference poll the evening of Tuesday, March 1.

Hillary has a strong record of working for Minnesota and fighting for women and children. Hillary supports Governor Dayton’s paid parental leave proposal as a progressive step toward a national policy. She is supported by Governor Dayton and U.S. Senators Franken and Klobuchar because they know she fights for Minnesota.

Hillary worked for the Children’s Defense Fund and fought against the segregation of children in the South. As First Lady, Hillary fought — and won — to provide health insurance to millions of children nationwide. She said women’s rights are human rights in a keynote to the UN in Beijing. When she was Secretary of State, Hillary changed State Department policies to require advocacy for women and children across the globe. She is the most qualified and experienced person to run for president since Thomas Jefferson.

I am fighting for Hillary because I know she’s fighting for Minnesota.
