Three cheers for Doug Moore's thinking outside the box (SWJ, April 10) and suggesting a Minneapolis version of Manhattan's Hgh Line as a solution to the Southwest Light Rail quandary.
I hope it's not too late to give serious attention to his proposal for a "Fly Line." His solution is as sensible as it is imaginative. A tree-level pedestrian walkway would even trump the High Line, which looks into upper-floor apartments. Thank you, Doug Moore.
