Plans for development at Totino's site taking shape

Local developer Schafer Richardson has been presenting plans to neighborhood associations for a six-story development at the former Totino's site at Central & 5th Street NE.
They presented to the Nicollet Island East Bank Neighborhood Association (NIEBNA) on Jan. 29 and the Marcy Holmes Neighborhood Association on Feb. 12, and plan to submit a formal application to the city later this month.
