New sushi spot opens in skyways next week

One Two Three Sushi opens Feb. 12 on the second floor of the IDS Tower overlooking the Crystal Court.
It is the second restaurant concept designed by its parent company, Sushi Avenue. Sushi Avenue started as a catering company that provided prepared meals to upscale supermarkets, corporations, restaurants, and institutional food service organizations.
