New restaurant Borough, bar Parlour opening on Washington

NORTH LOOP — Washington Avenue is becoming another Eat Street. The latest newcomer is the restaurant Borough and below it, the bar Parlour.
The restaurant and bar are set to open Jan. 2 in the new apartment building ElseWarehouse at 730 Washington Ave. N.
The new restaurant will be led by chefs Nick O’Leary and Tyler Shipton — alumni of the acclaimed restaurant Travail in Robbinsdale.
