North Loop Neighborhood Association holding annual meeting Jan. 30

The North Loop Neighborhood Association is holding its annual meeting Jan. 30, 7 p.m., at Target Field.
The association is holding board elections and there will be updates from local public officials and updates on neighborhood activities, including plans for a new park.
The meeting will be held in the Carew Atrium near Gate 6 at the ballpark.
