Public hearing on Monday for new North Loop restaurant

A City Council committee is holding a public hearing Monday afternoon at City Hall to review plans for a new restaurant called The Tangiers in the North Loop.
The restaurant is seeking a liquor license for the 152-seat eatery, according to a license inspector's report.
