Blue Plate's North Loop restaurant will be called Loose-Wiles Freehouse

Blue Plate Restaurant Company is naming its North Loop restaurant Loose-Wiles Freehouse — a tribute to a biscuit bakery that once operated in the restaurant's future home.
The 9,000-square-foot restaurant will open in September at 701 Washington Ave. N., according to a news release sent out today by United Properties.
