The Central City Neighborhoods Partnership Restorative Justice program seeks volunteers for upcoming meetings to tell perpetrators of livability crimes such as public drinking and urination how Downtown neighborhoods have been affected. There is a short orientation for first-time volunteers. Thursday, Sept. 19, 5:30 p.m., a group of community members will address two cases, and another conference will be held Monday, Sept. 23, 5:30 p.m. to address multiple incidents. To participate in either of these conferences, call Mike Rollin at 871-8100 or e-mail him at ccnprj@lycos.com.
