Over the past several months, Downtown buildings have been hit by one or more plant-nappers...or rather, plant-takers since there's no ransom note. The plants, which can retail for over $100, are apparently easy pickings (pardon the pun) -- several cases have not been solved.
Last week, the Downtown police command sent out this series of security camera images they say is a theft in action. The incident occurred on Sunday May 12 between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. at Qwest's Downtown headquarters, 200 S. 5th St.
