533 Hennepin Ave. is changing ethnicities from Mexican to Italian. The now-vacant La Cucaracha Mexican Restaurante space will be converted into an Olive Garden Italian Restaurant.
Olive Garden officials confirmed that they will open in the location, but could not say when that will be.
