East Downtown Council annual luncheon Thursday

The East Downtown Council, a business group, will host its annual luncheon noon-1:15 p.m. on Thursday April 25 at the American Red Cross Building, 1201 W. River Pkwy. The featured speaker will by Mayor R.T. Rybak. Lunch is $12 with a registration, 359-0601, or $15 walk-in. The council will also elect board members and officers.
