Steep & Brew, a coffee shop in the Northstar Building, 625 Marquette Ave., has become Passport Coffee.
New owners Paul and Elizabeth Fournier and Lee Hall have implemented changes.
Coffee is now locally roasted, and tea is locally blended. "You won't get this coffee or tea anywhere but here," said Fournier.
Passport will also cater a bakery menu, coffee and tea, to Downtown businesses.
