Citizens for a Loring Park Community 10/9/03 Nicollet Task Force meeting Corridor Housing Project: The Center for Neighborhoods held an orientation for the Corridor Housing Initiative Proposal along Nicollet Avenue. The project is a blueprint for development along Loring Park's stretch of Nicollet Avenue. The initiative is an effort by neighborhood, city and county leaders to revitalize the area.
