Block E developer announces Block F

According to McCaffery's April 1 announcement, Block F -- "the F is for franchise" -- will feature an Old Country Buffet, and International House of Pancakes, a Long John Silver's, Michael's Crafts, a Cracker Barrel restaurant, and "Crotchety's," which McCaffery described as "not Hooters."

The developer also revealed an "exciting and revolutionary entertainment component" to be called Six Flags over Hennepin.

A Motel 6 will tower above the site.
