"What's the rush? Why, thanks for asking! My rush is 'Lilo & Stitch,' which might be the best movie ever. I've seen it 32 times! It's about a space alien and a family in Hawaii -- isn't that imaginative? Wow! It's really cool that a bunch of Downtown business leaders want to know what gets me excited!"

Council officials, whose promotion is actually an effort to keep workers Downtown after hours, had no comment so as not to burst Smith's bubble.
