Breeding is a white male, 5'10" in height, weighing 145 pounds, brown eyes, long black hair, bearded, wearing glasses. His prior sexual offenses include sexual contact with a 4-year-old female, and a 1980 Iowa conviction for 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct with an adult female. Breeding also has prior convictions for making obscene phone calls and for public exposure.

Bright and early on Jan. 14, bigger backhoes converged on the planetarium and began ripping out its walls.
What the backhoe doesn't get, the wrecking ball will. Workers should complete the big ball's support ramp on the Hennepin Avenue side by Thursday, Jan. 30. Then a wrecking-ball-wielding crane will begin true planetarium pulverization.
Much of the planetarium rubble will be crushed for use in highways and roadbeds.
Asbestos abatement continues in the main building.
New Central Library
The first permanent resident for the new Downtown library recently moved into her temporary home -- a storage box. Minerva, a statue of the Roman goddess of wisdom, was recently removed from her Heritage Hall home on 10th and Hennepin (where an older version of the Central Library once stood). She is currently sleeping in a warehouse.
The recently established sustainability committee, which will advise architect Cesar Pelli about the design's greenness, met Jan. 7. They discussed the costs and benefits of various energy-saving options.
The library's public arts committee will hold their first meeting Tuesday, Jan. 21.
