The Metropolitan Council will hold a public forum Wednesday, Nov. 10, at the Minneapolis Convention Center to hear feedback from users of the Metro Mobility program -- a transportation service for people with disabilities.

The service provides more than 1 million rides per year in the Twin Cities metro area, according to the Metropolitan Council.

The Metropolitan Council is encouraging people to attend and offer suggestions for improvement. Metro Mobility staff members will be present to answer questions and respond to feedback. Riders who have concerns about a specific incident are asked to call Metro Mobility's customer service department at 651-602-1111 or 651-221-9886 (TTY).

Comments can be sent to Dave Jacobson, Metro Mobility Service Center, Metropolitan Council, 230 E. 5th St., St. Paul, 55101. You can also e-mail comments to data.center@mctc.state.mn.us.

The 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. forum will be held in room 101 of the Convention Center, 1301 2nd Ave. S.
