The owners of the Loring Park Dunn Bros. Coffeehouse in the Park Terrace Building, 329 W. 15th St., are moving a handful of blocks away to 1915 Lyndale Ave. S. The new location is set to open in mid-May, depending on construction.
Co-owner BeckaJo Bredeson said the Loring Park area provided mostly walk-in traffic and wasn't a very good location. She said the new location, in the four-store Agora Market, should be busier, and more neighboring retailers would also provide customers.
A Park Terrace spokesperson said they're in talks with Caribou Coffee to replace the Dunn Bros, but nothing has been solidified yet.
