The menu features three different breakfast pizzas offered by the slice or the pie, along with juice and coffee. The varieties are veggie, Canadian bacon and breakfast sausage. The shop will also offer cinnamon sticks with icing.
Owner Sam Broberg said customers had been requesting breakfast pizzas, and with U.S. Bank's plan to move 1,000 employees to the Pillsbury Center, the timing seemed right to start a breakfast menu.
The pizza shop changed its name from Ginelli's Pizza and expanded its delivery service Downtown in June. Two other Ginelli's Pizzas remain but have a different owner than the Pillsbury Center shop.
The pizza place, which has been Downtown for 15 years, also offers catering services, ranging from $13 for basic pizzas to $40 for salad platters.
The in-store menu features pizza slices for around $3, pizzas ranging from $12.80 for a basic cheese pizza to $17.50 for a bacon double cheeseburger pizza.
Broberg said the shop also plans to add dessert pizzas to the menu soon.
Store hours are now 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
