The reaction to the Minneapolis Vikings stadium was vocal and mixed, and faces a very uncertain future. Today at 3 p.m. the Vikings held a press conference to announce the team's support for a new stadium at the Ramsey county site.
At the site of a former ammunition plant in Arden Hills, the Ramsey proposal is more expensive and requires more extensive infrastructure improvements than the Metrodome site, but the Vikings believe that the "Arden Hills location is ideal for our team and the Minnesota public."
