It’s less than two months into the new school year, but it’s not too soon yet for parents to start thinking about next fall. For those with youngsters, there are critical choices to be made among pre-school and kindergarten options for the fall. Parents of teenagers know that high school open houses begin in a matter of weeks. The Journal presents its annual Schools Guide, our attempt to make these important school decisions just a little easier.

PUBLIC SCHOOL ABBREVIATION/EXPLANATION GLOSSARY
