Rock E, a free concert and block party, will take over Block E from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sept. 24.
Performers for the block party’s main stage in the Block E common area on the skyway level include The Radio Killers, Tim Mahoney, Romantica and Roots City Band. Other Block e tenants will also host additional shows.
A Rock E raffle will give away 2 round trip Sun Country Airlines tickets or one year of free Block E parking. Raffle revenue and Finnegans Irish Amber profits will support Heading Home Hennepin.
