The block of 6th Street that runs alongside the Target Center will be closed starting tonight.
Construction crews will finish up reconstructing an intersection. Work has been ongoing on the block to construct a pedestrian walkway connecting 1st Avenue to Target Field, according to a city news release.
The block, which stretches from 1st to 2nd avenues, will be closed at 7 p.m. today. It's scheduled to reopen by 5 a.m. Aug. 24.
