U.S. Bank Plaza’s skyway will be the next location for One Two Three Sushi.
The downtown building at 220 S. 6th St. will be the fifth location for the casual sushi concept and its third downtown. The restaurant, which serves sushi, ramen and Japanese side dishes, will open April 20.
Along with the new location, the restaurant will debut customizable rice bowls as a new menu option. Diners will have a choice of brown, white and ginger scallion-seasoned rice, along with vegetables and proteins. Corporate executive chef Will Selin has also developed three sauces to finish off the bowls.
The new, roughly 2,000-square foot restaurant will have seating for about 60 diners.
One Two Three Sushi, first opened in 2013, also has locations in the IDS Center and the Retak Building.
