A restaurant focusing on craft beer, burgers and pizza is planned for the space in between JD Hoyt’s and Déjà vu on Washington Ave.
The concept is called The Office Pub and Grill. It will have 36 varieties of craft beer, offer outdoor patio seating for 44 people and is planning on hosting live music, according to a city planning application.
The inside of the building at 307 Washington Ave. N will have a sit-down restaurant and a separate bar area that combined will seat about 75 people. It will also offer pull-tabs.
The restaurant is owned by Peter Hafiz and Jason Mohney, who also own The Gay 90s and The Brass Rail together. Hafiz, who did not immediately return an interview request, also has an ownership stake in Sneaky Pete’s and Smack Shack.
A public hearing will be held regarding its application for a Class B liquor license on Jan. 28, 1:30 p.m. at the City Council Community Development and Regulatory Services Committee meeting.
