Taste of Northeast to be held at Northeast Farmer's Market on Oct. 5

A “Taste of Northeast” celebration with offerings from six Northeast-based restaurants and catering companies will be held at the Northeast Farmers Market on Oct. 5.

Psycho Suzie’s, Modern Café, Chowgirls Killer Catering, Brasa Rotisserie, Gnocchi Me and Vellee Deli will form a “Northeast Eat Street” for people to experience all of the flavors of Northeast. Food will be sold from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m.

Chef Kate Moore will be hosting a cooking demonstration showcasing a simple, sustainable recipe, and music will be provided by 770 Radio K.

The Northeast Farmer’s Market is in its 13th year and is held in the parking lot of St. Boniface Church at the corner of 7th Ave NE and University.
