This fall the Shout House will move its dueling pianos out of Block E down to the Wyman Building at 110 N 5th St., taking over the first level of the Epic nightclub.
Shout House’s new space will be about 13,000 square feet, 5,000 more than its current Block E digs. It will have a VIP area, better sight lines for the piano performances and an attached, soundproof sports bar, which will be available to rent out for private parties.
The second floor of the Epic nightclub will be sealed off for another, yet-to-be-named tenant.
JJ Woods, Shout House’s sales and marketing manager, said that management hasn’t set an exact move-in date, but it will most likely be before October 31.
