High-end fashion boutique Roe Wolfe is moving from its Mendota Heights location to the North Loop on June 1.

The indie botique opened in Mendota Heights in 2010 and offers shoes, makeup, and accessories in addition to clothing. Its new location at 113 Washington Ave N. is approximately twice the size of its current location.

“We really loved the creative vibe and growth that's happening over in the North Loop,” said Ashley Kilcher, owner of Roe Wolfe. “We thought we would make a really nice fit with the other restaurants and shops that are opening up in the neighborhood.”

Roe Wolfe is offering 50 percent off everything at their Mendota Heights store (excluding cosmetics) from now until they close on April 6.

The North Loop has seen an influx of new retailers, including Statement, a women's clothing boutique; MidNorth Mercantile, a vintage menwear store; The Foundry Home Goods; Arrow, a high-end clothing boutique; and Askov Finlayson, Eric Dayton's clothing store next to the Bachelor Farmer.
