“Imagining 2025: Minneapolis in the Future” is the theme for the seventh annual U.S. Bank Skyway open — a miniature golf tournament benefiting the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Twin Cities.
Local architects will design golf holes inspired by futuristic visions of Minneapolis.
This year’s event has been expanded to three days — Friday, Feb. 22–Sunday, Feb. 24.
People can register online for the event through Feb. 21. There is a 19th Hole Celebration Friday, Feb. 22 at 7 p.m. at the Accenture Tower featuring entertainment and food from Devil’s Advocate. Saturday, Feb. 23 is Family Day. There will be special activities for families, face painting, and discounts on a round of golf, among other things. For more details, go to skywayopen.org.
The event is hosted by the Downtown Network, a committee of the Downtown Council focused on community involvement and networking events.
