The Park Board is seeking interested parties to take its Golf Operational Survey.

Minneapolis has seen a steady decline in golf course rounds sold over the last decade, which is on par with the rest of the nation. With needed maintenance mounting and revenues declining, the Park Board launched a Golf Course Operational Study last year with the help of Golf Convergence, a golf course consulting firm based in Colorado.

Six public meetings were held in September and October to solicit feedback from the public. The survey takes 8-10 minutes, and upon completion participants can register for a free round of golf for four people, including cart, at any public course in Minneapolis.
