Marin is expanding its hours and its menu to offer brunch from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
The new menu includes more than a half dozen egg dishes, plus pastries, salads, sandwiches and a selection on heartier entrees.
Owner Craig Bentdahl opened Marin on June 23 in the former location of D’Amico Kitchen in the Le Meridian Chambers hotel at 9th & Hennepin.
Bentdahl also opened Mill Valley Kitchen in St. Louis Park in 2011. Both restaurants focus on healthier fare, listing nutritional information next to all of its menu items.
In addition to the new brunch menu, Marin with also now be offering free valet parking every day from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m.
