Kaskaid Hospitality, which owns Crave, Figlio and Boneyard, among other restaurants, has hired former Heidi’s chef Stewart Woodman to revamp Union Fish Market.
This marks the second time Kaskaid has decided to rework the ground floor concept of its three-level Union complex. Originally it was just called Union, but it shifted to a seafood-focused menu and rebranded as Union Fish Market in September 2013. Union’s basement nightclub Marquee was also recently remodeled and renamed Rev Ultra Lounge.
The Union Rooftop, with its unique retractable glass roof, will remain open during the remodeling and will roll out a new summer menu at the end of May.
Woodman’s critically acclaimed Heidi’s restaurant closed in last October.
