The 10th Avenue bridge will reopen this morning.
The bridge, located east of the I-35W bridge collapse site, has been closed since Aug. 1. It was used as a staging area for recovery workers.
A temporary fence has been placed on top of the bridge's railings to make it safer for pedestrians on the bridge interested in catching a glimpse of the collapse site. Concrete barriers will also go up to separate the viewing area from traffic, according to a news release from the city's Communications Department.
