The lobsters have arrived on Washington.
After months of delays, the team behind the popular Smack Shack food truck will open its restaurant on Friday, Feb. 8.
The 115-seat restaurant has massive lobsters tanks and a lobster boil in the center of the dining area. The famous lobster roll is on the menu along with other dishes inspired by the crustacean, including lobster guacamole, lobster corn dogs and lobster mac-and-cheese.
The restaurant will start with dinner service and add lunch later this month.
