St. Thomas hosts death penalty discussion

Students at the University of St. Thomas Law School and the National Lawyers Guild are hosting a panel discussion with community leaders opposed to the death penalty Monday, March 29 at the law school.
The forum comes on the heels of Gov. Tim Pawlenty's recommendation to the Legislature in January that the state reinstate the death penalty through a state constitutional amendment.
