This month, city officials began crafting a long-term plan for the Minneapolis of 2020.
Mayor R.T. Rybak, members of the City Council and City Coordinator Steven Bosacker will finalize a strategic plan for the city next month.
Bosacker referred to the plan as the “20/20 vision” for the city.
“I like to think of it as Minneapolis seeing clearly,” he said.
The plan will outline a series of goals for the city on a broad range of issues — from improving public safety to reducing economic disparities.
