Police seeking help finding man who threw cement chunks at cyclists


Minneapolis Police are asking for help in finding a man who assaulted cyclists in southwest Minneapolis on Friday, sending one victim to the hospital with serious injuries.

The assailant is described as a black man who was driving an old white Ford, possibly a Bronco, and threw chunks of cement at two bikers around 4:20 p.m. near 41st & Bryant, according to Minneapolis Police Department spokesman John Elder. The suspect was also wearing a glove on his left hand and the vehicle had a hole in the window covered with a piece of wood.
