City officials have issued an alert to neighborhood residents reminding pet owners to clean up after their furry friends. For months, neighborhood leaders have complained about negligent dog owners who don't pick up their pet's waste.
The burgeoning neighborhood north of the Warehouse District is short on grass, leaving little space for North Loop pups to relieve themselves. The area's City Councilmember, Natalie Johnson Lee (5th Ward), has labeled the predicament the "poop scoop" problem.
