Nancy Jones is a sub-urbanite.
She lives near the heart of Downtown in the Loring Park neighborhood, but her spacious condo is below ground.
The 1,730-square-foot unit near the corner of 12th Street & Hennepin Avenue is in the basement of the Kenosha building next to the Italian restaurant Buca di Beppo.
The most striking feature of her condo is the bedroom - tucked below the main level that used to serve as the coal bin for the 1907-era building. The Kenosha was an apartment building for many decades before being converted to condos in the 1980s.
