Creative, temporary solution sought for site near Guthrie
The City of Minneapolis is looking for your thoughts on what to do with a vacant lot in a prime Downtown location near the Guthrie Theater. And don’t say “condo.”
The Department of Community Planning and Economic Development [CPED] put out a “request for inspiration” Feb. 2 on what to do with a large, L-shaped lot at the intersection of South 2nd Street and Chicago Avenue South. It should be creative, relatively cheap and open to the public by this summer.
