New restaurant lined up for Le Méridien Chambers hotel


D'Amico and Sons is out and Marin is in on the ground floor of Le Méridien Chambers hotel in downtown Minneapolis. 

Marin will be the second restaurant opened by Craig Bentdahl, who opened Mill Valley Kitchen in St. Louis Park in 2011. 

Marin's menu will be similar to Mill Valley Kitchen's, utilizing the “same philosophy of using healthy, nutrient-dense, fresh ingredients prepared in a flavorful way,” according to Bentdahl.
