The Park Board will vote tonight on a deal to acquire another 140 feet of Northeast riverfront for $1.9 million.
Currently a mix of residential, commercial and retail spaces occupy the roughly one-acre chunk of land next-door to Psycho Suzi’s. If the sale is approved, staff recommends allowing the tenants at 1828 Marshall St. NE to stay while seeking out money to build a park.
